Northwest Point Resort (NWPR) welcomes visitors on July 22nd.  To assure the safety and health of guests, homeowners, and staff, NWPR will be practicing the protocol guidelines set forth by the TCI Government.  The Turks and Caicos Islands has introduced new requirements and measured Safely Protocols to safely Govern the reopening of the country’s borders.

International travelers arriving to the Turks and Caicos Island must be certified by the TCI Assured, a quality assurance portal which will be available on the Turks and Caicos Island Tourist Board website.  (www.turksandcaicostourism.com)

The TCI Assured quality assurance portal will be live shortly. For more information and to stay informed on the reopening requirements you may also call the TCI Tourism Board at 1 (800) 241-0824.

The certification sticker will be provided after visitors have provided:

  • Proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test results from an accredited facility at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Proof of medical insurance.
  • A completed health screening questionnaire.

The Visitor Journey to keep the island free of Covid-19: Face Masks to be worn in public areas.  Practice of Physical Distance of 6ft for people not in your party.  Chairs and umbrellas at beaches and pool areas will be 6ft apart.  No group gatherings of more than 10 people.  Frequent hand washing.

Northwest Point Resort is a unique back to nature destination. Units at Northwest Point Resort are individually owned and operated.  We invite you to research the units available on our website.  Owners and Owners property managers are happy to address your questions.

Northwest Point is Turks and Caicos’ only “vacation by owner” resort located away from the progressive development in the Famous Grace Bay area, yet only a short 20-minute drive to island attractions.

At NWPR you will enjoy miles of natural beach, birds and marine life, and privacy in a tranquil and serene environment.

The casual seasonal restaurant at NWPR is operated independently.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a reopening date is unknown currently.  However, each unit is equipped with a kitchen for self-catering.

We look forward to seeing you at Northwest Point Resort.

Stay well.
